• Gained recognition for organization and leadership contributions that resulted in successful human advancements. 

• Led collaborative and educational efforts with Central Texas' EMS groups which resulted in three plus percent market share increase in patient transports to Seton Healthcare Family over a two-year period.

• Led the daily operations of the region's only Level I Adult Trauma Facility serving 11-county area. 

• Assisted the project management team with the design and construction of a $300M hospital project aligned with The University of Texas' Dell Medical School. 

• Oversaw the opening and daily operations of the largest green field medical center in Hays county. 

• Orchestrated the development of two Federally Qualified Health Clinics in Hays county before the opening of Seton Medical Center Hays to provide clinical care for the poor and vulnerable population. 

• Met or exceeded net operating income every year. 

• Met or exceeded patient satisfaction scores. 

• Oversaw the development of strong physicians' presence in Hays county. 

• Acted in the capacity of the CEO for Seton Medical Center Hays. 

Project Executive, Vice President

Seton Healthcare Family 

2006 – 2009 

• Served as the Project Executive for Seton Healthcare Family administrative office building and the largest medical center in Hays county. 

• Led efforts of the design and construction of two major projects which resulted in on-time completion and on-budget. 

• The combined projects' budgets were more than $180M. 

• Concurrently led the relocation of 626 associates to the new administrative office building and led efforts to recruit over 700 associates and physicians for Seton Medical Center Hays.

• Participated in the development and design of capital projects worth more than $300M.

• Coordinated the operations of a clinical support service for more than 2000 employees to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance. 

• Activities included developing procedures, training staff, monitoring equipment and implementing preventative maintenance programs, as well as integrating services with other operations to ensure multidisciplinary approaches to the provision of care.
