Lanard Welch

Mr. Welch is an intelligence professional with over 18 years of global experience in intelligence, Foreign Affairs, Program Management, and Human Capital Management with an extensive professional network.  In his current position he serves as the official representative for a portfolio of countries that span the entire globe covering a wide range of projects, agreements, and liaison activities that requires him to routinely interact with the highest echelons of the US government. Lanard has been instrumental in supporting the processes, development and execution of the United States' national security strategy over the course of his career. Lanard has a demonstrated record of building highly successful organizations, leading teams, and mentoring individuals in complex and multi-faceted environments. 

Mr. Welch currently holds an active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) level security clearance with CI poly.


Lanard holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Mount Olive, masters of science degrees in international relations and strategic intelligence from Webster University and the National Intelligence University. He is currently pursuing his doctor of public administration from West Chester University.
